On Easter Sunday we want to be especially mindful to be kind, gracious, and friendly to guests. One way to do that is by leaving the closest parking spots for them.
We’ve added parking on Sunday mornings at the Seventh Day Adventist church next door (to the East/PTC side). We’re also providing a shuttle van, so you (or at least the driver) don’t have to walk from there to FBC. Below is a picture of what the shuttle van will look like (Thank you Enterprise of PTC). We’ll set out traffic cones for you to safely walk along the “emergency lane,” if you want the exercise.
Because of the traffic flow direction, it would be OK to drop off your family/carload at the portico of the church, then drive to park the vehicle at the SDA church lot.
One more thing, I know this is going to be really challenging:
- it might help for your wonderful carload of precious people to arrive a bit earlier than usual so as to avoid traffic jams (think of like averting the I-85 bridge collapse).
